Time: 10 mins (5 mins prep)
Ingredients:
1 cup of black beans
1 cup of white beans
1/2 cup of finely chopped onions
1/2 cup of finely chopped pepper
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp chopped cilantro
Method:
Mix everything in a bowl. Cover and let sit in refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
